WHAT toexpect
The most important day in the longevity and effectiveness of your new roof is the day it’s installed. We follow a precise installation process. Here’s what you can expect:
You will receive a phone call 1-2 days prior to your installation confirming your availability.
Our foreman and employees will all be clearly identified by wearing Sieren Roofing shirts.
We will introduce our team and explain what the crew will be doing that day.
We will confirm materials selected by the homeowner to guarantee accuracy.
Our crew will apply protective materials around the exterior of your home to shield windows, doors, landscaping, decks/patios, etc.
Our crew will set-up fall protection (ropes, harnesses, jacks/planks).
Our crew will follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure your new roof is installed precisely as the manufacturer intended.
Our foreman will take pictures throughout the installation process to document the process and present to you upon your roof’s completion.
Should your roof require plywood/OSB replacement, we will notify you immediately of the additional investment.
Our foreman will closely inspect every phase of the job to ensure proper installation and water tightness, giving you peace of mind.
Our crew will thoroughly clean throughout the process, leaving your property spotless.
Our foreman will visit with you, going over the final details of the job, sharing pictures, providing you with final paperwork, and ensuring all your questions are answered.
Upon your 100% satisfaction, we will request final payment.
Our foreman will scan your property one more time with our metal detector to ensure no nails or scraps are left behind.
You will receive a “happy check” follow-up phone call to double-check your 100% satisfaction.
