Service Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we provide, we will refund all of your money.  If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, are not drug tested, do not use floor savers, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.

Repair Guarantee

We guarantee that repairs on your roofing system are fixed right the first time.  If a repair fails during the first season, we will repair it again at no charge.

Replacement Guarantees

10 Year No Blame Game Guarantee:  If a manufacturer makes excuses and refuses to honor their warranty, we will repair your roof at no charge to you for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.

15 Year Premium Craftsmen Guarantee:  We believe in the quality and expertise of our installation experts and guarantee the quality of work for 15 years.  In the unlikely event your roof encounters a workmanship challenge, excluding acts of God, we will make any necessary repairs at no charge for 15 years from date of initial installation. 

Conscientious Pricing Guarantee:  To quote our old friend, Ben Franklin, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”  Sieren Roofing Services’ pricing ensures you have the comprehensive quality of product and workmanship  your home deserves.  If you discover an identical roof for less money than the one we constructed for your home, we will pay you the difference plus a $50 bonus.   We just ask that the comparison be “apples-to-apples”.
