How You Can Prepare for a

Flawless New Roof Experience

Sieren Roofing Services takes great care to provide a flawless and seamless experience.  However, roofing is construction, and construction projects can be loud and jarring.  The last thing we want is for your project to create additional stress or damage to your home, property, and possessions.  To reduce that chance, please consider these items:

  • Please walk around the exterior of your home and move any cherished outdoor decorations, chairs, tables, solar lights, etc. that could be damaged by fallen debris.
  • Ensure your car is not in the garage while the project is underway, so it’s not blocked.
  • Clear or remove anything that may be in your driveway, to provide a clear work area.
  • Do not drive on the driveway while work is in progress to avoid stray nails.
  • Warning!  It may get messy while we are installing your new roof, but we take clean-up seriously!
  • If you have any pets, please keep them indoors or somewhere safe for the days that we are working.  Having them stay with a loved one may be best, so the noise doesn’t harm their well-being.
  • Remove ALL valuables and pictures from walls that could fall during the heavier parts of installation.
  • If possible, mow your lawn a few days before we arrive; it makes finding debris easier.
